This beautiful villa has just been completed in autumn of 2016, located in Residencial Tindra Homes in Punta Prima.
It is within walking distance to the beach and to the shopping center, Punta Marina. Here you have most facilities within walking distance, like chemist, banks, supermarket, furniture shops, hairdressers, restaurants, bars, etc.
You can also get the bus to Torrevieja from here, where you can enjoy a stroll along the promenade, the marina with all the sailing boats or fantastic meal at a local restaurant with fresh fish directly from the Mediterranean Sea.
