Bali Residential Complex is located in Punta Prima, within close reach of Punta Prima Beach and Boulevard. This luxurious apartment is 75 m² features 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with showers, both equipped with underfloor heating. It has views of the garden and the swimming pool.
The apartment is fully furnished with integrated air conditioning, electric heaters in all rooms, and 2 spacious private terraces: one is 40 sqm with views of the communal pool and garden, and the other is 20 sqm at the front of the apartment, where you also have access to a washing machine.
There is a communal pool, big garden area, jacuzzi, whirlpool jets, hammam and a traditional sauna for relaxation, along with an indoor fitness area and a children's area combined with an exclusive green space decorated in a Balinese style with garden plants and furnishings. The living room is equipped with a sofa, TV, dining table, and chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
*PUNTA PRIMA AREA*
Punta Prima is a ten-minute drive just south of Torrevieja, with all its amenities, such as the shopping complex Las Habaneras, Zenia Boulevard, Waterpark, Casino, Bowling, Marina, submarine, boat trips, and Playa Flamenca with its beautiful beaches. For the more energetic, you can reach Torrevieja on foot, a thirty-minute walk along the coast, or there is an hourly bus that will take you there.
*THE BEACHES*
Opposite the complex is Rocio del Mar beach, awarded the Blue Flag and "Q" for Tourist Quality. Also available are the surrounding beaches and coves: Punta Prima Beach, Cabo Roig, La Zenia Beach, and Cala Ferris, among others, including Playa Flamenca.
GOLF COURSES (6 km from villamartin golf course)
Near the urbanization and open year-round, there are various golf courses; known for their reputation and quality are Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor, all of which are 18 holes.
